Training Description: In this interactive training, participants will explore the core workplace navigation skills that contribute to long-term career success and learn practical coaching strategies to help job seekers recognize and strengthen these competencies.
Through discussion, reflection, and hands-on activities, participants will discover tools to assess workplace navigation skills, identify transferable strengths, and connect those strengths to meaningful career pathways. By the end of the session, participants will leave equipped with actionable strategies to empower job seekers to confidently navigate workplace challenges and advance along their chosen career paths.
Participants Will:
- Define workplace navigation skills and understand their role in career advancement.
- Explore tools for helping job seekers assess and build workplace competencies.
- Learn strategies for connecting transferable skills to career pathways.
