Advanced Coaching Techniques 11.06.2025

Building on the foundation of Strengths-Based Coaching, this course focuses on deepening the skills and techniques coaches utilize with job seekers to achieve long-term goals. Through this training, coaches will develop their advanced skills, learn about activities and tools to engage participants in coaching, and begin to explore concepts like self-management. 

After attending this training, you will be able to: 

• Deepen a collaborative, accountable partnership with job seekers 

• Use activities and tools to support your job seekers in setting and achieving their goals

• Incorporate visioning, powerful questions, reframing, bottom lining, and accountability into your coaching sessions

• Practice self-management to center job seekers’ goals and values
