Trauma-Informed Supervision Webinar

Trauma can take many forms and it impacts everyone differently. Even if you are not in direct contact with the traumatic event, it can have lasting effects on you. As a supervisor in a field where your supervisees frequently encounter trauma, it is important to create a trauma-informed work environment. Through this training, understand how to effectively identify and manage your supervisees’ exposure to trauma through their work, and develop strategies to build trauma-informed care into your team's structure.

• Develop a trauma-informed team culture
